Welcom to grind! Potens is the place for you to discover what you’re truly capable of. The gym helps raise your physical fitness level as it absolutely pushes you to your limits in short, explosive, high-intensity workouts. The exercises here are based on functional movements employed in sport and real-life, and involve gymnastics, weight-lifting and running. Think you can endure?

The typical session at Potens sees the entire class perform the same workout together. At the end of the workout, each individual’s performance is chalked out on the whiteboard. We’re very competitive that way. We also create a senseof community and a highly motivating, supportive atmosphere that helps bring the best out of you.
